NEWSCASTER & WEATHER ANCHOR, ABC7 NEWS/KGO-TV

Spencer Christian is an American television broadcaster, best known as the former weather forecaster for ABC's Good Morning America from 1986 to 1998. He currently is the weather forecaster for ABC-owned KGO-TV in San Francisco. He has interviewed then-Senator Barack Obama, Emceed former President Jimmy Carter's 75th birthday celebration in Americus, GA, in 1999, Survived and reported from the Loma Prieta earthquake, Suited up and played baseball with the NY Yankees and NY Mets in spring training and Played basketball against the Harlem Globetrotters at Madison Square Garden in 1986.

SHAUNDRA EICHSTADT, MD

VP of Clinical Development & Strategy, Stanford School of Medicine

Dr. Eichstadt received her MD with a concentration in Biomedical Ethics from Stanford University. She has worked both in the clinical realm as well as serving as an executive at a digital health company in the past, focused on improving patients' access to high-quality and timely medical care. Dr. Eichstadt is also passionate about international health, volunteering her medical services around the world and serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Little Children of the World Foundation, an organization that provides medical care and other services to underserved communities.

ROSA LI

FOUNDER & CEO OF TEA CRUSH + ROSALI TEA

Rosa is a tea enthusiast and food fanatic, and likes to scour the world for exotic teas. She is the founder of two tea businesses: Tea Crush, the first-ever sparkling tea, and Rosali Tea, a purveyor of exotic loose leaf teas and curated gifts. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Rosa was a private equity and venture investor at Warburg Pincus and investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Rosa holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a triple major from Northwestern University. She is also a Fulbright Scholar and published author.

John Jung, PhD

AUTHOR & PUBLIC HISTORIAN OF CHINESE IN AMERICA

John Jung is a retired psychology professor. Entering retirement, he reflected on the lives of his immigrant parents and his siblings, the sole Chinese family in Macon, Georgia, operating a laundry from the 1920s to 1950s in a memoir, Southern Fried Rice: Life in A Chinese Laundry in the Deep South. Three additional books explored how Chinese immigrants overcame societal prejudices and laws to succeed in running family businesses such as laundries, grocery stores and restaurants. His goal is to educate and inspire the next generation with the history of the many contributions of the Chinese to American society.

TRISHA BANTIGUE

CEO & CO-FOUNDER OF QUEENLY, UC BERKELEY GRADUATE, 2017 MISS ASIAN GLOBAL

Trisha focuses her academic research on US-Philippine relations, as her ultimate goal in life is to foster political and economic progress for both countries to succeed. She one day hopes to continue her studies by attaining a graduate degree in international affairs. She is currently working on her own startup company, Queenly, that caters to her own experiences within the pageant industry as well as her exposure to the tech scene in Silicon Valley, which she hopes to launch in the next coming months.

SAMANTHA MUI

2017 MISS ASIAN CONGENIALITY

Samantha Mui is recognized as the 2017 Miss Asian Congeniality. She holds a B.A in Communications from Vanguard University and an M.A in International Studies from Concordia University. After living a year in China, she returned home and recognized she had a unique connection with the elderly community. Currently, she is part of the management team at a Senior Assisted Living Facility. Outside of work, she shares her food experiences on her blog The Tilly Series. In addition, she has appeared on the show Chinese Food Made Easy and as a guest on the show Check Please, Bay Area.

GEORGE CHAO

Mr. Chao is one of the founders of the Silicon Valley Innovation Entrepreneur Forum that assists Bay Area companies procure funding from China, as well as export products to China. He is the VP for the US China Green Energy Council that addresses the energy problem by bringing policy makers, academic institutions, private companies and venture capitalists together in both China and the US. He also serves on the advisory board for Camp BizSmart, the world’s premiere business and entrepreneur academy for “Tweenpreneurs” ages 11 to 15. Mr. Chao holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

KRISTINE HARA

SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN MUSIC TECH, 2016 MISS ASIAN SAN FRANCISCO

Kristine Hara is currently an early engineer at an A16z funded stealth startup, striving to promote change through music tech. Prior to joining a startup, she worked on forecasting simulations on the digitals ads team at Pandora and contributed to the launch of the engineering blog. Kristine holds degrees in biology, history, and information science from UC Berkeley. Formerly Miss Asian San Francisco 2016 and currently Miss Southwest Earth United States 2017, Kristine is passionate about tech for social good and spoke last year at Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing about the potential of drones for citizen science.

ERNESTINE FU

PARTNER, ALSOP LOUIE PARTNERS

Ernestine Fu is an angel investor and venture capitalist. An investment partner at Alsop Louie Partners, she leads the firm’s investments in disruptive technology companies like 3D printing and autonomous vehicles. She is also an advisor to DBS Bank in Asia and multiple startups. Beyond her investment work, Ernestine is a recognized writer with a deep interest in philanthropy and civic engagement. She authored "Civic Work, Civic Lessons," a book on public service with former Stanford Law School dean Thomas Ehrlich. The book has been endorsed by former Senator Richard Lugar, former Congressman Lee Hamilton, Stanford President John Hennessy, Teach For America founder Wendy Kopp, Ashoka CEO Bill Drayton and others. At Stanford University, Ernestine completed her BS and MS within three years and was awarded the Kennedy Prize for the top thesis in engineering and natural sciences.

LIEZL FERNANDO

2016 MISS ASIAN TALENT, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING STUDENT & PROFESSIONAL COSPLAYER

Liezl is a graduate of Santa Clara University, receiving her BS in chemistry in 2016. Her ultimate passion is cosplay, and she has made over 20 elaborate costumes from scratch. She has been commissioned for her work professionally, most notably by the game company Blackstorm to make costumes of characters from their extremely popular Facebook Messenger game Everwing. From her work with cosplay, she was inspired to pursue engineering, and is currently preparing for a graduate education in the field, hoping to use both her science and creative backgrounds to better the world.

TIM PARTRIDGE

CEO, CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, 32TEN STUDIOS

A music and technology graduate from the University of Surrey, UK, Tim joined Dolby Laboratories as an Applications Engineer. 24 years later he left Dolby as their EVP of Products and Technology having worked on over 20 countries in over 100 films including The Empire Strikes Back, The Return of the Jedi, Back to the Future trilogy, Pirates of the Caribbean series, Pacific Rim, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Transformers and dozens more. His roles included Sound Consultant, VP Marketing and SVP/GM Film and Broadcast Division. He then became President at Kerner Optical, a special effects company before co-founding 32TEN Studios, a film and TV production services company based in Marin.

HEXUAN LI

FOUNDER OF C&M MUSIC GROUP

Cindy Li,Chinese musician & music manager, master of music management. Together with Mandy, she founded C&M Music Group in 2016. Cindy studied in China Conservatory with renowned Chinese Erhu player, Professor Dewei Cao. After moving to US, she got her master’s degree in music industry leadership from Northeastern University. Cindy joined the Boston Chinese Musicians Association since 2014 and joined the Stanford Chinese Orchestra as invited Erhu performer since 2017. At the same time she has been invited to serve as Confucius Institute music instructor, participation in Chinese music performance and education. As music manager, she has cooperated with artists, concerts and other events all over the world. Her recent experience includes China Central Television, Modern Sky Group, Berkeley College of Music, Boston Conservatory of Music, Chinese Culture foundation of San Francisco and etc.

MENGTIAN ZHANG

MUSICIAN, CO-FOUNDER OF C&M MUSIC GROUP

Mengtian(Mandy )Zhang,Chinese musician & permanent director of Zhejiang Guzheng Education Professional Committe. Starting learning Guzheng when she was 6 years old, Mandy later studied in Zhejiang Conservatory of Music with the renowned Chinese Zither player, Professor Yang Sheng and Zhan Zhou. She got her bachelor’s degree in music education and master’s degree in Guzheng Performance. Mandy has held two solo concerts and won 1st place in the Hongkong Victoria Cup Asian Art and Music Festival in 2014. In addition to performance, Mandy also concentrates on music education. She obtained Chinese High School Music Teacher Qualification Certificate, Senior Teacher Qualification Certificate of Guzheng, and was awarded of Excellent Guidance Teacher Honorary in the domestic major guzheng tournament. She co-founded C & M Music Group with Cindy in 2016, and is active on the major stage around San Francisco Bay area.
